How can I be available to you in the ways that best support your present journey?

Held in a more personal and intimate setting, private sessions are customized to cater to your unique goals and needs.

My role in your healing journey is to help you learn how to relax and rest. Most likely, your nervous system is fried and could use some tending to.  Through the practices of Restorative Yoga, Meditation, and Deep Listening we learn how to rewire the brain to create new pathways that offer us an opportunity to wake up and become more conscious. These practices focus on releasing and learning how to slow down. We invite the intention of recalibration in the body and mind moving away from just going through the motions but living a connected and fulfilling life. 

Private Sessions are available in my private Kensington, San Diego yoga studio.  Zoom also available.

She Became We:  Sister connection circles offered to create a community among heart-centered women looking for a place to feel brave, heard and nurtured.

Together, we create an intention-based meditation practice that is curated from what is showing up for you presently.  A space designed to remind you that you are not alone.  To inspire each other through telling our sacred stories and connecting through our truths!  This is about creating Tribe!

Retreat Mission: to allow space for decompression, meditation, hiking, Inspiration, and all things nature outdoors, yoga, reiki, meditation, and the opportunity for like-minded souls to connect.

An all-inclusive weekend of total bliss designed for you to carve out time to learn how to show up for yourself so that you can give yourself the time to decompress, reconnect to your soul, and let go of what is weighing you down.

Trust Yourself Series: 

16 weeks (or ala carte 4-week modules) where we will learn about the nervous system and how it is the guiding principle to waking up into consciousness.  Checking in, meditation, yoga and self-compassion are the guiding principles set in the community so we can learn together.

Simplicity in Stillness:

A meditation course for those looking to create or strengthen their meditation practice.  If you have a curiosity to learn about what meditation is, what the benefits are and how you can create a daily practice that works for you and your lifestyle then this course is perfect for you.

At a time when I was feeling a little lost, and alone, and having a habit of isolating myself, I was approached by Tiffany to join her Sister Circle. I had no idea what was in store for this journey in my life but I’m so grateful that I said yes. In the Sister Circle, the space was calm, serene, and welcoming surrounded by candlelight and a beautiful display of flowers and articles from Mother Nature. In this space, I felt welcomed, held, and loved. I was able to be vulnerable and open and tap into my authentic self. Tiffany gave tremendous feedback and support during our time in the circle, the kind of support that she gave was one of complete present listening and positive feedback and we were all able to cultivate a space of safety and love, and from that, we gathered our affirmations for the month. I will forever be grateful to Tiffany for opening up the space of sacred sisterhood, where I was able to come out of my shell and express my authentic self.

About Livingood yoga

In my eleven celebrated years of sobriety, I have learned firsthand how to value living a more present life without resorting to the negative habits that, for so long, kept me addicted to alcohol and food while repressing my feelings. Now, my life’s mission is to enjoy every single day by staying sober and drawing from my repertoire of healthy lifestyle practices like meditation and yoga to keep me sane despite the circumstances life throws my way. And most importantly, I am deeply passionate about helping others who might be dealing with similar realities to transform difficult patterns and learn how to live in their authenticity.

Let’s get real here for a moment. Life is beautiful. I am surrounded by blessings, and I really could not ask for anything more. However, in responding to life’s curveballs and difficult moments, I have found that what I seek is the ability to respond calmly with presence to everyday challenges; and to experience them as opportunities for growth while maintaining a deeper sense of inner peace.

It wasn’t until I invested in private sessions with my yoga teacher Faith Martin, that my understanding of yoga began to grow. I learned that yoga is not just about which poses you can twist your body into, but rather an entire way of life. One-on-one connection through private sessions provided the opportunity I needed to learn and grow, allowing me to blossom more authentically into the gifts I now love to share with others.

As your guide, I am here for you. Whether you suffer from back pain, feeling overwhelmed with anxiety, have a desire to become a more present parent, or are simply curious about getting to know who you are and what you want, it is my deepest joy to connect with you, support your liberation, and honor the precious gift of self-exploration you so deserve.

I have purposely created a range of offerings to support ALL experience levels, from brand-new beginners to established yogis.
