What to Expect

Here are the details!
  • 1-hour group sessions on Zoom, every Wednesday at 6pm PST for 4 weeks, DATES TBD. Before each session, I will send out materials by email to spark your inspiration regarding the weekly theme.
    • This may include quotes, videos, reading material, questions and more to get your brain moving and prepared for Wednesday evenings.
Week 1Before the Meditation - Setting yourself up for success and how to create a ritual that feels good for you.
Week 2Tools to Prepare You -  Tackling the topics of breathworknoticing, and sensory absorption–understanding your WHY.
Week 3How to Let Go to Receive - Learning tools to manage the "racing "mind" and staying more present. Using visualization techniques to relax the body and let go of tension. Practicing the Meditation Thought Cycle.
Week 4:  Making Meditation Part of Your Daily Routine  Discovering ways to take this knowledge with you throughout your day. Leaning more into your new way of handling stress and moving toward trusting your process.
 
And of course we will meditate together every week to seal in the topic and bring what we learned into our meditation practice.

To begin, there is a good chance that I have been where you are–stressed, overwhelmed, and confused–having no idea where to begin. I promise I can relate!

Through a tremendous amount of TRUST and willingness to make changes, I have learned what to do before, during, and after those feelings inevitably arise, and now I would like to support YOU on your personal journey to do the same.

My intention for this course is for you to experience a well-deserved RESET; a chance to connect more deeply to what it is that you really want, and discover your inner wisdom and truth, feeling confident along the way.

  • Guide you on how to release stress and anxiety
  • Demonstrate how to make stressful situations easier to handle
  • Empower you with the ability to make gentle shifts that will ultimately lead to a completely NEW and PRESENT way of living.

More importantly, my main desire for you is that we do this with ease, rather than struggle.  Providing the proper tools and preparation to feel confident while you are on your way.
