Why “good” and not ‘“great” The reason why I resonate with the word “good” is because to me feeling “good” is good enough for me.

The great thing about yoga and the reason I connect with the practice is because I often don’t wake up feeling like the happiest person on earth, full of gratitude and winking in the mirror at myself. Feeling good takes work for me, and I feel blessed that I am at the point of my life at this time where I am willing to do the work to feel better; everyday!

Throughout life, we are given so many examples to compare ourselves to. Whether its our friends who we think have it “all“, or our co-workers who seem perfect; I believe that almost everyone I know has inner challenges that they are battling with. This is why I created this website; to dedicate my time to continue working on myself, as well as hoping to share my story with others to create a sense of connection and “keeping it real!!!” I feel there is a difference between people who “go through the motions” and people who take the time to be mindful and aware of their actions, choices and thoughts. So, although this does not come naturally to me, and sometimes I have to slap myself up my head, I know for sure that if we do this together it will be better!

What I really believe is that for me personally, life can’t get too much better than when I am really feeling good. Yes, there are times when I feel great; in a state of mania, feeling on top of the world. As well as the opposite. But when I speak my truth, digging into what my true authentic self feels, on a good day, its good…and that is good enough for me.

So, I often wonder….what makes others feel good? I know that feeling good means something different for everyone; which is exactly why I created private sessions to tailor this hour to just YOU, and what you need!

Whether it is a soft, quiet, yin like meditation class to allow you to completely surrender into a peaceful and tranquil state; away from the chaos of the world around you. Or maybe its a kick ass sculpt class where we work each other so hard that we feel better afterward because we have raised our endorphines and sweat off our worries.

Either way, you are giving yourself a well deserved hour and putting YOU as a priority!
