Women’s Circles in San Diego

A Sacred Space to Gather & Grow

Our healing journey is meant to be shared.

These are monthly gatherings for women to share their truths, unfold together, and remember.

There’s a particular longing that comes from desiring to be witnessed in our growth and release processes. I know it well too, sister.

That deep ache for connection that submerges below the small talk and welcomes you to your unfolding. It is no longer about the performative, “having it together” mask that is worn which makes you “digestible” for society. But a wild, authentic, and heart-centered woman who is begging to be seen in her fullness.

These circles grew from that longing.

A Different Way: Sister Circles

Now, more than ever, coming together isn’t just helpful—it’s necessary. These circles are a brave and supported space.

Imagine an evening where there are welcoming seats waiting for you that form a soft circle of anticipation. Where the first deep exhale feels like coming home to yourself. Where strangers become sisters simply by showing up exactly as they are—messy, magnificent, and everything in between.

  • Your story is held with care, not judgment.
  • Vulnerability becomes liberation (and even joy).
  • You’re reminded that you’re not alone—others are walking this path too.

This is how we heal: not in isolation, but in community.

What you will encounter:

Each circle is designed for unfolding and evolving together with a specific theme. We create a container or space that supports:

  • Sharing your truth in a group that is free from fixing or advice.
  • Witnessing and being witnessed by women who understand.
  • Release what no longer serves you through guided practices, storytelling, and ritual.
  • Leave lifted—lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself and others.

You are interested, but why?

In my experience, real safety and freedom come from being seen exactly as you are. Over time, you might notice:

  • A deeper trust in your voice and intuition.
  • Less shame, more permission to be imperfectly human.
  • A sense of belonging—to yourself and to a community that gets it.
  • The courage to unfold at your own pace, knowing you’re held.

My love, the invitation awaits you…

If this resonates—if you’re ready to trade isolation for connection, and suffering for shared support—I’d love to welcome you.

No prerequisites, no performative vulnerability. Just show up as you are.

"I participated in a women’s circle at Tiffany’s place. It was my first time doing anything like this and had a wonderful experience.

We decided on a mantra during the session. The ones we picked were very helpful for me in times of stress or pain. The place is beautiful and I felt so soothed just by being there. Tiffany is a good leader and provides a safe and soothing environment. I felt lucky to participate!"

"At a time when I was feeling a little lost, and alone, and having a habit of isolating, I was approached by Tiffany to join her Sister Circle. I had no idea what was in store for this journey in my life, but I’m so grateful that I said yes.

In the Sister Circle, the space was calm, serene, and welcoming; surrounded by candlelight and a beautiful display of flowers and articles from mother nature. In this space, I felt welcomed, held, and loved. I was able to be vulnerable and open and tap into my authentic self. Tiffany gave tremendous feedback and support during our time in the circle. The kind of support that she gave was one of complete present listening and positive feedback and we were all able to cultivate a space of safety and love, and from that space we gathered our affirmations for the month. I will forever be grateful to Tiffany for opening up the space of sacred sisterhood, where I was able to come out of my shell and express my authentic self."

Remember that who you are, exactly as you are, is enough.
xo Tiffany

For three years, I unlearned the grind.
I softened.
I listened.
And most of all, I came back to life.

Now, I’m here to offer you the same steady presence I once longed for—
A space where you can exhale, unravel, and remember that who you are, exactly as you are, is enough.
