I’ll never forget the moment I realized I was completely untethered.
I was holding so many roles—business owner, “perfect” boss, devoted mother—and somehow losing myself in the process. I wasn’t thriving. I was surviving. On paper, I had everything to be grateful for.
From the outside, everything looked fine.
I had what many would call a full, beautiful life.
But inside, I was unraveling—trapped in a spiral of shame for feeling so confused, so disconnected, so lost in the very life I had worked so hard to build. My chest was tight all the time. My jaw clenched without me realizing. Sleep became shallow, breath even more so. My nervous system was always on alert, waiting for the next thing to hold together, to fix, to manage.
And the worst part? I carried shame for even feeling this way.
How could I feel so lost in a life I had worked so hard to create?
I didn’t know what I needed—only that something had to change.

And that’s when Restorative Yoga found me.
In a world that kept asking me to go faster, be better, give more, this practice asked only one thing: To be still.
To rest.
To breathe.
To soften.
It was the first time I felt my body exhale in years.
And slowly, breath by breath, I began to return home to myself.
Learning how to slow down met me where I was.
The blankets held me when I didn’t know how to hold myself.
And slowly, gently, I began to remember what I had forgotten:
I didn’t need to do more. And slowly, I remembered what I had forgotten: I am enough, just as I am.
That remembering called for something deeper.
My family and I left the noise of “shoulds” and “musts” behind and moved to Costa Rica.
The jungle became our sanctuary, our teacher, our guide.
Each day, nature whispered what my body had longed to hear:
Slow down. Breathe. Trust.
For three years, I unlearned the grind.
I softened.
I listened.
And most of all, I came back to life.
Now, I’m here to offer you the same steady presence I once longed for—
A space where you can exhale, unravel, and remember that who you are, exactly as you are, is enough.
Whether you're a burned-out mom, a child just beginning to explore the magic of self-awareness, a senior reconnecting to your body, or someone standing at the very beginning of your healing journey—this space is for you.
Whoever you are, breathe, my love. You are welcome here. You are held.
This is the beginning of your return—home to yourself.
This Isn’t “Just Yoga”
This isn’t about mastering a pose or doing everything “right.”
This is about gently unlearning the messages that told you to push harder, shrink yourself, or pretend everything was okay.
Through restorative yoga, mindful movement, and simple, playful practices, we’ll create space for you to reconnect—with your breath, your body, and your own quiet truth.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need experience.
You don’t even need to know where to start.
There’s no performance here. No pressure. No perfection.
Just presence—and permission to be exactly as you are.
Together, we’ll explore what it feels like to move with kindness, to feel without judgment, and to begin listening to the wisdom your body has been holding all along.
Here’s what I believe:
🌀 Rest is how we repair.
🌿 Slowing down is how we find our way.
✨ Tuning into your body is the bravest kind of wisdom.

You are already enough to begin.
And I’ll meet you right where you are.
How We Walk This Path Together
For the Overwhelmed & Overgiving
You’re exhausted, overextended, wondering if you’ll ever feel like yourself again. Here, we reclaim your energy—not by doing more, but by doing less. Together, we’ll practice the sacred art of slowing down and learning how to surrender and TRUST.
For Children
With a background in early childhood education and as a mom to two neurodivergent kids, I specialize in making mindfulness fun. We’ll use yoga, breath, and play to nurture emotional regulation, body awareness, and joy.
For Seniors & Strength Rebuilding
Whether you’re healing from injury, easing stiffness, or simply longing for gentle movement, we’ll start right where you are. Your body holds wisdom—we’ll listen to it with care.
For Absolute Beginners
No flexibility required. No experience necessary. Just bring your curiosity. If something inside you is whispering, “There’s another way,” you’re in the right place.
Your Next Step
Private sessions are a sanctuary—customized to meet your unique needs, whether you’re craving deep rest, embodied movement, or simply a space to exhale.
If something in these words speaks to you, stirs curiosity, or offers even the smallest moment of pause, I would be honored to walk beside you on your journey home.
You don’t have to do it alone.
You never did.
"Tiffany is absolutely incredible! This was by far the most nourishing experience I have had in a private yoga session.
The energy, love and knowledge she brought to the session was beyond anything I have ever experienced before. She created the most magical space for our session and I am truly grateful for her and her beautiful offerings. She is a gift to this world!"

"Don’t hesitate to work with Tiffany. I had the fortune of finding Tiffany through a friend and what a blessing it has been. You will not find any yoga and meditation teacher more patient, calming, guiding, and helpful than Tiffany.
Every time I work with Tiffany, I walk away feeling leaps better than I did than when I walked in and that feeling lasts as she gives you ways to continue her lessons going forward. She is the absolute best!!"

"I participated in a women’s circle at Tiffany’s place. It was my first time doing anything like this and had a wonderful experience.
We decided on a mantra during the session. The ones we picked were very helpful for me in times of stress or pain. The place is beautiful and I felt so soothed just by being there. Tiffany is a good leader and provides a safe and soothing environment. I felt lucky to participate!"
