For so long, I thought healing meant searching for answers, for breakthroughs, for that elusive "next step."
It took restorative yoga to teach me the radical truth: sometimes the most profound transformation begins when we stop seeking... and simply learn to rest.
This practice became my sanctuary. A place where I didn't have to figure anything out, prove anything, or be anything other than exactly where I was. Cradled by bolsters, guided by breath, I discovered how to melt into the present moment—again and again—until presence became more familiar than striving.
Now, I invite you to join me in this space of gentle homecoming.
Our Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing evenings are designed to be an oasis in the rush of daily life.
You'll settle into fully-supported poses, your body held by bolsters and blankets, while the resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls and chimes wash through you. There's no effort required here—just a willingness to soften, to release, to let the weight of the world slip away for a little while.
This is more than relaxation. It's a remembering:
The way your breath can untangle knotted thoughts
How stillness can be more nourishing than action
That your nervous system knows how to come home—if given the chance
As the sound waves move through you and your body sinks deeper into support, you might notice layers of tension—physical, emotional—begin to dissolve. There's space here for whatever arises: exhaustion, peace, quiet grief, sudden clarity. All of it is welcome. All of it held.

What makes these gatherings special isn't just the practices themselves, but the intentional container we create together.
A sacred pause where you're reminded that rest isn't selfish—it's how we refill our cups so we can show up more fully for our lives.
Whether you're new to restorative practices or a seasoned seeker of stillness, you'll leave feeling:
- More present in your body
- More connected to your breath
- More trusting of the wisdom that emerges when we stop long enough to listen
This is the gift I needed most when I was lost in seeking—and the one I'm honored to now offer you. A space where healing begins not with doing, but with being. Not with answers, but with presence.
Come as you are. Leave remembering who you've been all along.

Remember that who you are, exactly as you are, is enough.
xo Tiffany
For three years, I unlearned the grind.
I softened.
I listened.
And most of all, I came back to life.
Now, I’m here to offer you the same steady presence I once longed for—
A space where you can exhale, unravel, and remember that who you are, exactly as you are, is enough.
