I offer a wide range of practices, including:
Restorative Yoga for nervous system healing and deep rest
Chair Yoga for accessible movement at any age or stage
Vinyasa Yoga to build heat, flow, and breath awareness
Yoga Sculpt for strength and functional mobility
Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) to support joint health and longevity
While I specialize in restorative yoga, slowing down, and nervous system support, every session is an invitation to explore what feels most nourishing to you.
Some days that may look like stillness and blankets, others like movement and strength—always guided by compassion and presence.
We might include:
- Supported postures for full-body relaxation
- Gentle, mindful movement to build awareness and ease
- Breathwork and guided meditation to calm and center
- Tools for nervous system regulation and emotional processing
- Integration practices like journaling, hands-on touch, or essential oils
- Holding space for all of you—exhaustion, emotions, and the parts that need gentleness most and learning how to love these parts of you.
