What is Restorative Yoga?
Restorative yoga is an invitation to slow all the way down and be deeply cared for. It’s a gentle, nurturing practice designed to soothe the nervous system and support healing in both body and mind. In this class, there is no standing and no striving—only rest. Each posture is fully supported with blankets, bolsters, straps, and blocks, allowing your body to soften completely and let go without effort.
As you settle into long, comfortable holds, your parasympathetic nervous system is gently activated, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation where stress melts away and healing can unfold naturally. With nowhere to go and nothing to do, the mind quiets, the breath deepens, and a profound sense of rest becomes accessible.
Unlike more active styles of yoga, restorative yoga honors stillness and ease. It’s a beautiful practice for all ages and experience levels, especially for those navigating stress, fatigue, injury recovery, or simply craving balance in a busy life. This is a space to exhale, be held, and remember what true rest feels like.

Unwind & Restore: Small Group Healing Yoga
Whether you’re brand new to yoga, longing for a pause from a busy mind, or simply hoping to be in a warm, welcoming space with others, this class gently meets you where you are. It’s an easy, approachable way to experience a mindful and nourishing practice—no pressure, no expectations.
My approach is rooted in slowing down and coming back home to yourself. Through soft, supportive postures, mindful breathing, and guided meditation, you’re invited to rest deeply and unwind on your mat. The intention is simple: to create a sense of ease, presence, and quiet that lingers with you long after you roll up your mat and return to daily life.

At a time when I was feeling a little lost, and alone, and having a habit of isolating myself, I was approached by Tiffany to join her Sister Circle. I had no idea what was in store for this journey in my life but I’m so grateful that I said yes. In the Sister Circle, the space was calm, serene, and welcoming surrounded by candlelight and a beautiful display of flowers and articles from Mother Nature. In this space, I felt welcomed, held, and loved. I was able to be vulnerable and open and tap into my authentic self. Tiffany gave tremendous feedback and support during our time in the circle, the kind of support that she gave was one of complete present listening and positive feedback and we were all able to cultivate a space of safety and love, and from that, we gathered our affirmations for the month. I will forever be grateful to Tiffany for opening up the space of sacred sisterhood, where I was able to come out of my shell and express my authentic self.

"Tiffany created such a beautiful container for diving deeper into my meditation practice and sharing all that comes up. I loved her meditations, recommendations, and advice. I looked forward to the live call each week and really enjoyed the companion meditations, videos, and journaling throughout the week between meetings. I highly recommend the course to anyone wishing to learn more about meditation and/or make meditation a consistent practice in their life. I also highly recommend Tiffany for personal coaching."

Tiffany provides a holistic approach to enhancing your yoga practice. Her one-on-one approach allowed me to get so much more from each session than I have in group classes. I’m a relative beginner to yoga and meditation, and Tiffany provide gentle instruction focused not only on what I was looking to get from each session but also at a level that was approx and approachable for me. I can’t recommend Tiffany enough, she is a gifted teacher in meditation and yoga.

I participated in a women’s circle at Tiffany’s place. It was my first time doing anything like this and had a wonderful experience. We decided on a mantra during the session. The ones we picked were very helpful for me in times of stress or pain. The place is beautiful and I felt so soothed just by being there. Tiffany is a good leader and provides a safe and soothing environment. I felt lucky to participate!
